§ 150.25. ADOPTION OF STATE PLUMBING CODE.

Latest version.

(A) There is hereby adopted by reference the most recent edition of the Kentucky State Plumbing Code, as published by the state, a copy of which is hereby made a part of the public records of the city.
(B) It shall be unlawful for any person to violate any of the provisions of the publication adopted by the provisions of this section.
